1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between HarryApp ("HarryApp", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "you", or "your"). They govern your use of the HarryApp website, applications, public-figure booking platform, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

HarryApp connects fans with approved public figures, also referred to in parts of the platform as celebrities, for scheduled or instant text, voice, and video sessions. These Terms apply to fans, public figures, applicants, and other account holders.

By creating an account, booking or providing a session, or otherwise using HarryApp, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are 13 or older but below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use of any paid or interactive Service. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, misuse another user's information, or use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. We may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate violations, or comply with law.

3. Public-Figure Applications and Profiles

Users applying as public figures must complete their profile and submit truthful application and verification information. Submission does not guarantee approval. HarryApp administrators may approve, reject with a reason, request further information, or later review a profile to protect platform trust and safety.

Public figures are responsible for keeping their biography, category, social links, session types, prices, duration, schedule, availability, and payout details accurate. They must provide accepted bookings professionally and must not misrepresent their identity, experience, or relationship with another person or organization. Approval by HarryApp confirms completion of our review process but is not an endorsement of every statement, service, or opinion associated with a public figure.

4. Bookings and Sessions

HarryApp enables fans to request or purchase scheduled or instant text, voice, video, or other available sessions with public figures. Session details, duration, price, availability, and scheduling information shown at booking or checkout form part of the booking.

• Users must join on time and have a compatible device and reliable Internet connection.
• Fans must provide accurate booking and payment information and use each session only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Public figures must honor confirmed sessions, communicate material changes promptly, and provide the advertised session type and duration.
• All participants must communicate respectfully and comply with applicable law.
• Harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, hate speech, fraud, unauthorized recording, and distribution of private session content are prohibited.
• A booking does not guarantee any statement, result, endorsement, or ongoing relationship with a public figure.

5. Billing and Payments

You must pay all charges shown and accepted at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including mobile-money services, under their own terms and policies.

• Prices, platform charges, taxes, or other applicable fees will be displayed or communicated before payment where required.
• For high-value or high-risk transactions, we may request government-issued identification or supporting financial information.
• We may correct obvious pricing or service-description errors and may cancel or refund an affected transaction.
• We may change future pricing or fees by updating the platform or providing notice through an official communication channel.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, Earnings, and Withdrawals

Refund eligibility depends on the booking status, cancellation timing, reason, and any terms displayed during booking. If a public figure cancels or cannot provide a paid session, the fan may be eligible for a full refund. Late user cancellations, completed sessions, or missed sessions may be non-refundable except where required by law.

Public-figure earnings are calculated from eligible, successfully paid and completed sessions after applicable platform charges, refunds, reversals, or adjustments. Failed, cancelled, refunded, unpaid, test, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not create withdrawable earnings.

Withdrawal requests remain subject to account verification, minimum payout limits, available balance, provider processing, fraud checks, and accurate payout details. Processing times may vary by provider. We may delay or reject a payout where reasonably necessary to investigate a dispute, error, or suspected violation.

7. Favorites, Reviews, and User Content

Fans may save public figures as favorites and may submit one eligible rating or review for a completed session. Reviews must reflect the fan's genuine experience and must not contain threats, harassment, private information, advertising, or false or unlawful claims. HarryApp may remove or restrict reviews that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HarryApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Services.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. You may not submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, contains malicious code, misleads users, or violates law. We may remove content that violates these Terms or presents a risk to users or the Services.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

HarryApp may rely on or link to third-party payment, communications, hosting, identity, or other services. Your use of those services may be governed by their terms. HarryApp does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or conduct, except to the extent required by law.

9. Service Availability and Backups

We work to keep HarryApp available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, Internet conditions, provider outages, emergencies, or other events may affect access.

You are responsible for retaining copies of content or records you need outside the platform. We may maintain backups for operational purposes but do not guarantee that deleted or lost data can be restored.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HarryApp does not guarantee the identity, conduct, statements, availability, or performance of any user beyond the checks expressly described on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarryApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services, third-party conduct, loss of data, or inability to access HarryApp. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Account Closure

You may delete your account through Settings or the public Delete Account page. HarryApp sends a time-limited verification code to the account email, and the account is closed after the correct code is entered. Administrator approval is not required. Personal profile data is removed or anonymized, while certain booking, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, or compliance records may be retained as permitted or required by law so historical records for other session participants remain understandable.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, unlawful conduct, risk to another user, or non-payment. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

12. Administration and Enforcement

Authorized HarryApp administrators may review and manage user accounts, public-figure applications, categories, bookings, sessions, payments, refunds, withdrawals, reviews, reports, notifications, and deletion requests as needed to operate and protect the platform. Administrative decisions must be based on these Terms, platform records, safety considerations, and applicable law.

Users may contact HarryApp support if they believe an action was taken in error. Submitting a complaint does not guarantee that an approval, rejection, refund, payout, suspension, or other decision will be changed.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, or applicable law. Updated Terms take effect when posted or on a later date stated in the notice. Continued use of HarryApp after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute should first be raised with HarryApp support so the parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith. Nothing in this section removes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use HarryApp.
